Once you’ve made the decision that Prosthetic Solutions of Indiana will be your prosthetic provider, your next step is just to contact us. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Our administrative staff will guide you through the process of getting any documentation required. You will be asked about your insurance company or current pay-source and will be advised as to what type of documentation is needed. In all cases a detailed prescription will be needed. Sometimes more is required. Workman’s comp patients will be asked to provide the name and phone number of their adjuster. You will receive a customer care packet that you will need to fill out and bring to your first appointment.
