Job Description:

Prosthetic Solutions of Indiana (PSI) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician to join our team. As a Shop Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission, playing a vital role in the creation, maintenance, and repair of prosthetic devices. Key Responsibilities:

• Prosthetic Fabrication: Create and customize prosthetic devices based on individual client needs and specifications.
• Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of prosthetic components, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repairs on prosthetic devices to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure that all prosthetic devices meet PSI’s high standards.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our clinicians and clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Inventory Management: Manage and organize inventory of prosthetic materials, components, and tools.
• Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all regulations in prosthetic care.

Qualifications:

• Prosthetic Technician certification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of prosthetic fabrication techniques, materials, and tools.
• Proficiency in using prosthetic fabrication equipment.
